Mansi Shah’s journey toward creating The Weavers Preschool was inspired by her passion for education and her dream of crafting a nurturing space for children. With a strong academic background in economics from the University of California, San Diego, and the University of Manchester, Mansi initially thrived in the corporate world, working with renowned companies like Johnson & Johnson and Alliance World.
However, her time teaching at Tridha, a Waldorf school, revealed her true calling—shaping young minds. Driven by her belief in joyful, holistic learning, Mansi set out to create a preschool where children could feel safe, valued, and free to explore their curiosity. In 2016, she founded The Weavers Preschool, blending her experience, vision, and passion to establish a space that fosters creativity, growth, and a lifelong love for learning.
Today, The Weavers Preschool stands as a testament to her dedication, helping children grow into confident, compassionate individuals ready to take on the world.

Founder
Mansi Shah brings a unique blend of academic excellence and professional expertise to The Weavers Preschool. After earning her bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, San Diego, and a master’s in economics from the University of Manchester, Mansi built a successful corporate career with companies like Johnson & Johnson and Alliance World.
However, her true calling lay in education. Inspired by her time teaching at Tridha, a Waldorf school, Mansi set out to create her dream preschool—a nurturing environment where children could grow, learn, and thrive.

Co-founder
Kaivalya Shah combines his academic background in structural engineering from the University of California, San Diego, with his leadership experience as a director at Marathon Realty. His passion for innovation and excellence drives his efforts to create a preschool that goes beyond traditional education.
Kaivalya collaborates closely with Mansi to build an institution that fosters creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking, equipping children for a bright future.
Vision: To design a preschool environment that encourages exploration, imagination, and learning beyond textbooks.

Mentor
With over 36 years of experience in education, Purnima Shetye is the guiding force behind The Weavers Preschool’s academic excellence. She holds Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education degrees from the University of Poona and has an illustrious career spanning roles in Nasik, PCMC, and Pune.
Purnima’s expertise includes setting up national and international preschools, child care centers, and activity programs, such as Vivero International and The Learning Curve Preschool.
Vision: To mentor educators and design a curriculum that empowers children to become lifelong learners, blending academic and experiential learning.
Together, our team is committed to creating a warm, inspiring, and enriching space for children, parents, and educators alike.
